We purchase registered HUMVEE© Vehicles from the US Government and private individuals older than the 20 years required by Countries to import them to modify for Amphibious use. This streamlines the process so they can be imported to most countries. (Please check with your representatives as to what is required to import older US-registered vehicles into your country)
